to help them navigate insurance coverage and start and complete treatment with VOWST.

CO-PAY ASSISTANCE
Eligible commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 for VOWST, with a maximum benefit, subject to annual limits.a
VOWST PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (PAP)
Uninsured or underinsured patients may be eligible to receive VOWST at no cost if they meet financial and other eligibility requirements.
Each patient receiving VOWST will also receive a welcome kit including a patient brochure and a 2-step dosing guide.
